For shipping, we use the delivery services of PostNL and DHL.

Refrigerated packages are delivered by DHL. It is also possible that packages are delivered by The Vegan Saint Store itself. This is due to the high standards The Vegan Saint applies to its products. Not all postal companies handle packages well. If the goods are truly fragile for delivery, we will contact you, and they will be delivered within the agreed time. You can view this as a personal and extra service from The Vegan Saint.

The Vegan Saint owns its own refrigerated vehicle. This allows local orders to be delivered faster with a freshness guarantee.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver orders in the Netherlands within 3 days of ordering. Orders placed before midnight are mostly shipped the next day if in stock.

Should something change in the situation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted immediately by phone or email.

Orders for juices or food items are delivered chilled. These are usually shipped and delivered to your home by courier on the same day due to cold storage products.

We aim to ship letterbox packages within two days. This also applies to larger packages.

Deliveries in Belgium

From July 2024, we will also deliver to Belgium. For these countries too, if in stock, shipping is the next day. Delivery in the country can take between 2 and 7 days. This is entirely in the hands of the delivery service. Of course, we hope for the fastest possible delivery.

Tracking code with shipment

To monitor your order as best as possible, you will always receive a tracking code. This ensures that you can always keep an eye on your package and track it until delivery.
